A volunteer from RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) will be at Emma Clark Library to talk about HIICAP (Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program). This is a Medicare Basics Presentation and is designed for Medicare Eligible people who want to better understand Medicare – Parts A, B, C & D and the options available such as the Medicare Savings Program, Extra Help and EPIC.
